Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.petfayrestroud.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Currently all items that fall into the category of “Frozen” are only available for local delivery and local pick up due to the nature of the product. These items will become available for domestic shipping across the country as soon as possible. We thank you for your understanding & patience in the meantime.

Local Delivery

Currently we deliver locally on Wednesdays with the intention of increasing available days soon.

If you would like to book a delivery, please place your order, and choose the store pick up option at the checkout. Please then call us on 01453 764225 with your order number and we will book you in for a delivery. (Delivery fees apply please see delivery fees.)

Local pick up

Simply place your order and select the store pick up option in the checkout. We will then process your order and you will receive an email telling you it is ready for collection. Most orders will be ready for collection the same day. Unless placed towards the end of the working day in which case they will be ready for collection the next working day.

Your order number is required to identify you, please bring it with you.

Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the date orders are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Average shipping times vary between 1-4 days depending on the shipping method chosen.

We use a variety of courier services to offer you the best shipping costs, we use Royal mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, DPD and DHL.

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and another email will be sent when your order has been dispatched including a tracking number if applicable.

Please Note:

We do not currently ship internationally.

Maximum box capacity is 25KG including packaging, any orders exceeding this weight are available for store pick up only.

Should store pick up not be an option for you, we can arrange to split your order into two or more smaller weighted boxes. If this is something you would like to do please call us on 01453764225 to discuss your requirements.
