A self-contained pot containing approximately 100-150 Fruit Flies (Drosophila melanogaster).
This species is very popular amongst breeders of amphibians, chameleons, and many other smaller species of insect-eating lizards.
As with the larger fruit flies (Drosophila Hydei) they contain a good balance of nutrients as the flies feed on sugars and yeasts so the freshly fed fly will contain simple carbohydrates and B vitamins.
Care Instructions: As with all live food, it is essential they are kept healthy. Provided in a self-contained pot, leave the fruit flies in a cool place away from bright light.
